Hello

I’m Hiya Hinduja (she/her), a psychotherapist with an MSc in Counselling Psychology. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where the client and therapist work together to uncover insights and foster growth.

My approach is eclectic, drawing from various schools of thought and tailored to your needs. I incorporate Person Centred therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy in my practise.

I hold an empathetic, reflective and compassionate space in therapy where I view individuals through an intersectional lens and strive to create a warm and welcoming space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported as they work through their challenges. My practise is trauma and queer sensitive.

I cater to individuals with concerns surrounding depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges, grief, stress management.

As a therapist, I recognise that individual well-being is often shaped by larger societal structures, politics, and systemic issues. I have an understanding of gender dynamics, patriarchal norms, gender inequalities and I bring this awareness into my practice.

I work Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays from 11am -8pm. My charges are 1200 per session for Indian clients and 2000 for individuals living and working abroad independently.
